Connect to Xerox Printers

Add Xerox Printer to MacBooks:

Please follow the steps below:

  • Download new Xerox Drivers:

    • Sign into the Manager app > Go to drop down menu (Class Manager) and select Self-Service > Select My Apps > Scroll down to the bottom and download Xerox Drivers *Note: When it says Reinstall under the app it is done installing.*

  • Add Printer:

    Next go to System Preferences > Select Printers & Scanners > Click the plus button to add printer 

    • Step 1: Click the Globe

    • Step 2: Type IP Address in Address field.

    • Step 3: For Protocol select the HP Jetdirect -Socket.

    • Step 4:*Note:The Location and Use driver should autofill if installed and added correctly.*

    • Step 5: Select Add.
