• Technology Engineering and Design

This course focuses on exposing students to the basic physical and mechanical principles necessary for engineering and design. Topics covered include electricity, pneumatics/hydraulics, rocket propulsion, engines, motors, and structural design. This course is very hands-on and includes numerous building projects.

• Engineering Design                                                                       

  • Semester: Fall

  • Instructor: Open

This course serves as the capstone of both the Technology Engineering and Design and Drafting pathways. Students will work on 3-4 week portfolio projects in small teams. These projects include 3D drafting, prototype design, engineering documentation and presentations. This class is entirely self paced and hands-on. Prior completion of Technology and Engineering Design is required.
